The gorgeous Melbourne penthouse renovated by Norm Hogan and Jess Eva on The Block has gone on the market with a listing price of $3.4million to $3.7million.
The Sydney couple converted the three-bedroom, two-bathroom spread into a luxury apartment in 2018, earning themselves a $209,000 bonus after it sold for $2.859million.
This is the first time the property has gone on the market since its 2018 sale, reports The Herald Sun.

The penthouse sits atop the famed 80-year-old art-deco Gatwick building in St. Kilda, approximately seven kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.
Jess and Norm’s fusion of modern style and old-fashioned elegance is expected to be a major selling point.
The couple added herringbone oak floors, a floating fireplace in the lounge and a kitchen with three ovens and a marble-top island bench.
An 88sqm terrace offers a panoramic view of the city, in addition to a barbecue area and water feature.

After their appearance on Channel Nine renovation show, in which they came last, Norm and Jess bought a block of land on Queensland’s Russell Island.
The pair considered going into real estate full-time as property developers, but things changed when they returned home and decided to splash the cash instead.
Jess, who shares son Fred, eight, and daughter Matilda, five, with her partner, said the cash splurge included paying off a friend’s car loan and buying two lawnmowers.
