The Selling Sunset franchise expanded on Friday with the release of the first teaser trailer for its new spinoff reality series Selling The OC.

The short video from the Netflix reality series revealed a sea of new faces working in Orange County, just south of Los Angeles, and plenty of new drama.

Fans are also likely to get a treat, as the series will at least partly focus on Jason and Brett Oppenheim’s new Newport Beach office.

The teaser opens on a dinner party with several of the real estate agents who are presumably the stars of the new series, though the trailer doesn’t bother to identify any of the new fixtures.

A woman who appears to be realtor associate Alexandra Hall from the Newport Beach office complains that she doesn’t know how another woman at a rival realty company could get a $20 million listing for herself.

‘Maybe she’s a f***ing genius!’ shouts back Austin Victoria, setting the tone for the foul-mouthed teaser.

The show also establishes that it’s not afraid to poke fun at its realtors. New star Alexandra Rose is seen walking down as hallway as she asks Alexandra Jarvis is Abraham Lincoln was the first president.

‘No, that was George Washington,’ Jarvis replies matter-of-factly.

Although almost everyone featured in the teaser will be unfamiliar to Selling Sunset fans, both Jason and Brett Oppenheim make a brief appearance as they drive up.

Heather Rae Young, who currently stars on the flagship program, is also listed as working in the new office, but she’s reportedly sticking with her position on the original series.

The Oppenheim brothers’ appearance signals a turn toward cattiness in the trailer.

Kayla Cardona is seen confronting another woman at a party, shouting, ‘You called me a f***ing b***h!’

Polly Brindle appears to complain at the same event that some woman ‘only got those listings because she f***ed the developer.’

The tense scene is followed by a lighter moment back in the office, when one of the bosses looks down from his computer and utters, ‘Oh f***.’

The rest of his office mates gather around a corner of the office and look down, possibly due to something related to the office’s resident dogs Zelda and Niko, who get their own profile page on its website.

Things get more serious as Austin meets a client and says that one day he hopes to own one of the opulent houses that he sells for himself.

The teaser includes plenty of footage of the cast enjoying Orange County’s impeccable weather and abundant sunshine.

Some of the men in the office relax on a yacht just off the coast, while others play football at the beach.

The clip also promises some raunchy material, as new star Polly is seen walking off toward the ocean as she appears to completely slip out of her one-piece swimsuit.

Tensions are high in the final moments of the trailer, as a quickly edited section shows the women of the show singling out others are untrustworthy.

The trailer promises that Selling The OC is ‘Coming Soon,’ but a release date hasn’t yet been announced for the series.
