This year, the academy has yet to map out plans for its show, except that it will include a host for the first time since 2018.

At a recent screening for the film, Nicole revealed she had ‘massive trepidation’ about playing the comedy legend.

However, critics who viewed the movie appeared to be extremely impressed with Nicole’s performance.

Nicole recalled: ‘I had massive trepidation about a month prior, and Aaron had to get on the phone and send me emails saying, ”You’ve got this”.

‘It was frightening but incredibly exciting.’
