Nadia Bartel hits back at a troll who accused her of 'standing in front of a mirror all day long'

WAG-turned-fashion designer Nadia Bartel is gearing up for to debut her popular clothing label Henne at Australian Fashion Week next month.

And the 36-year-old offered a classy response to a troll on Wednesday after she was accused of just ‘standing in front of a mirror all day’.

Nadia, who shares sons Aston, six, and Henley, three, with ex-husband Jimmy Bartel, has been updating her Instagram page with a slew of flawless photos of herself modelling clothes from the brand.

Underneath a photo of Nadia posing in a tan sweater and matching leggings in an industrial setting, the troll wrote: ‘Where in the hell do u get the time to dress & stand in front of a mirror all day long with two little boys???????? The mind boggles!!!’

While one follower suggested the troll was ‘just jealous’, Nadia offered a classy response by saying, ‘it’s my job’.

The troll then backtracked, writing: ‘Oh! God! Bless u dear Nards. Keep up the fashion. U have more energy than me & millions more ppl. Go! The Blue Boys.’

Nadia, who has become a popular influencer with 548,000 followers on Instagram, often shows off her fashion line in a number of mirror selfies.

The brunette stunner will make her Australian Fashion Week debut next month, with a Henne catwalk show announced in the program for the Afterpay event by IMG. 

Australian Fashion Week will take place between May 9 and 13 at Carriageworks in Sydney, and will also offer a virtual component.

Nadia’s label has gone from strength-to-strength after she launched it two years ago. 

Earlier this month, the socialite also revealed she is opening a Henne store in Melbourne.

The building is currently under construction and Nadia gave fans a tour of the space on her Instagram page.

‘This is going to be our new Henne store,’ Nadia said. ‘It’s all in the works at the moment and I’ll share more soon.’

Nadia then took fans upstairs to show the area that will be the fitting room.  

Henne has been a runaway success.

Nadia has continued to put her infamous white powder snorting scandal behind her. 

Last year, she was filmed snorting a line off a cheap K-mart plate during one of Melbourne’s six Covid lockdowns. 

Damning footage from the gathering was posted online by her friend and business partner Ellie Pearson posted by mistake. 

Nadia issued an apology on Instagram just 24 hours after the video leaked.

‘Hi everyone, I have let you all down by my actions,’ she wrote.

‘I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in [the] future.’

The ex-wife of Geelong great Jimmy and three other women were each fined $5,452 for breaking lockdown rules.
