Mum wows thousands with her VERY artistic lunchboxes and intricate sandwich designs – and they take her almost an hour every morning

A mum has shown off her incredible artistic skills in her daughters lunchbox complete with intricate scenes, animals and flowers made out of food. 

Silke from Germany, puts her creative skills to work each morning while she makes her daughter’s school lunch with fruit, vegetables and a cream cheese sandwiches. 

To create the intricate lunchbox designs the mum uses a variety of cookie cutters and sharp knife skills to cut out shapes.

The mum will often pack oatmeal in her daughter’s bag that comes topped with cut fruit in the shape of flowers, stars and even rocket ships. 

The lunch scenes often depict animals such as frogs, chickens, bees, ladybirds, bears, ducks and snails that are made from fruit, bread, cheese or rice. 

Carrot, Nori seaweed and thinly sliced vegetables are also used to create scenes and she makes stars by alternating knife cuts in blueberries, strawberries and cucumber.

Silke creates detailed lunches with popular video game and television show cartoons for her daughter including, Yoshi, Miffy and other Mario Kart characters.  

Her lunchbox making process can take between 40 to 50 minutes so she gets up at five each morning to design her daughter’s food and waits for her reaction. 

Silke posted some of her favourite lunchbox designs to a popular lunch page on Facebook and received immediate praise from thousands of parents.

‘Wow so beautiful and artistic, I would be so sad to eat them because they are so beautiful! I bet your child gets so much joy from these creations,’ a mum wrote. 

‘Omg this is so much effort. Can I be your kid? Adopt me! I wish I had this talent and energy everyday! You go mumma,’ another impressed mum wrote. 

‘You are no longer allowed too post this it’s just way too amazing and making other lunches look horrible lol, you did an amazing job,’ another jokingly wrote.
