EXCLUSIVE: Michael Owen is ‘furious’ after his teenage daughter Gemma is mistaken for an OnlyFans model whose explicit photos were leaked online
Michael Owen is ‘furious’ after his teenage daughter has been mistaken for an OnlyFans model whose explicit photos were leaked online.
Pictures of a brunette Irish glamour girl were widely circulated online, who many believed were the England football legend’s daughter, Gemma, 19.
The photos really belonged to a 23-year-old model called ‘Jill’ who boasts 80.4K followers on Instagram.
But friends of Michael, 42, said he wants to clear up the confusion, believing that the misunderstanding would be harmful to Gemma’s swimwear business.
‘It’s not Gemma in the images’: Michael Owen is ‘furious’ after his teenage daughter has been mistaken for an OnlyFans model whose explicit photos were leaked online
A source revealed: ‘Michael is horrified his daughter’s name is being used out of turn and all he wants is for this situation to be rectified.
‘It is clearly not Gemma in the images; she doesn’t use OnlyFans, and is only ever pictured in a bikini to promote her brand.
‘He’s a protective father and now Gemma is getting older, he wants to do everything he can to look after her image and reputation.’
Irish model Jill confirmed to MailOnline that the images belong to her and she is equally furious her photos have been illegally leaked from OnlyFans.
She tweeted: ‘When my nudes get leaked everywhere and people think it’s Michael Owen’s daughter? I’m actually knocked sick and I’m not even going to bother staying quiet on it because too many people have sent it to me now, it’s the fact that men are getting off to the fact it could be a teen.’
Gemma voiced her concern over links with the pictures, telling her Instagram followers on Friday morning: ‘Apparently some guy is circulating pictures trying to claim it’s me.
‘These pictures were taken off this girl’s OnlyFans. These images are clearly not me. Thank you to this girl for clearing it up. Just for the record, I do NOT have OnlyFans.’
Gemma, who owns OG Beachwear and is a Team GB dressage champion, was pictured alongside her father and mother Louise at Boodles May Festival Ladies Day at Chester Racecourse on Thursday.

She is the eldest of four children former Liverpool star Michael shares with wife Louise and says both her parents are incredibly supportive of both her business and sporting career.
Speaking to MailOnline in March, Gemma said: ‘My dad has pushed more with sport but my mum on the other side has always drilled it into me and my sisters how important it is to have something of your own and stand on your own two feet financially.
‘They are both unbelievably supportive but I would say my mum has encouraged more of the business side.’
Cheshire-based Gemma, who’s currently single, told MailOnline she’s ruled out ever appearing on Love Island because she knows her famous father wouldn’t approve.

She said: ‘I watch Love Island every summer but right now it’s not something I would consider doing because I am not looking for love at the moment.
‘Some of the challenges on Love Island, they’re quite out there. I’m not sure I would be able to kiss 10 boys in a row but I do think it’s a great show.
‘But boys aren’t on the cards right now and my dad wouldn’t be very happy at all if I came back and said ‘I’m going on Love Island.’
‘I would need to wait until I’ve moved out!’
