Kyle Sandilands BLASTS ‘lunatics’ who made police complaints over Married At First Sight and says its a ‘waste of resources’ in scathing radio rant: ‘They should be charged themselves’
Kyle Sandilands has come out swinging against ‘lunatics’ who have made police complaints over issues displayed on Married At First Sight.
A ‘glass smashing’ incident involving Domenica Calarco and a nude photo leak – featuring an image of Dom that was shared to the cast by her rival, Olivia Frazer – are both being investigated by NSW police, news.com.au reported on Tuesday.
Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Wednesday morning, Kyle, 50, raged: ‘What a waste of police resources.

‘Anyone ringing the police, complaining about MAFS, should be charged for filing a false police report.
‘It’s ridiculous. That’s a real lunatic that’s ringing the police. Then the police have to investigate, and it’s just a waste of police resources. They should be charged themselves.’
He added that Channel Nine have a ‘team lawyers’ to ensure anything they broadcast is legally sound, adding: ‘So don’t waste your time. What an idiot – what idiot would do that? What a waste of life.’

While it’s not known who made the complaints, Kyle concluded: ‘It’ll be people watching it. People are lunatics.’
NSW Police told the publication that one complaint was lodged on February 24 2022 in relation to the ‘glass smashing’ which occurred in Bargo, NSW in November 2021, and aired on the show earlier this month.
A second complaint was made on March 19 2022 to Inner West Police, regarding ‘the alleged distribution of an image without consent’ at the end of 2021.
A NSW Police spokesperson said the investigations are currently ongoing.
An additional report claims the entire cast has been interviewed in relation to the incidents.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Channel Nine for comment.
Earlier this month, Married At First Sight hit new levels of drama after Domenica, 28, smashed a wine glass in anger after clashing with Olivia, 27.
Domenica then brutally rejected Olivia’s attempt to extend ‘an olive branch’ during a subsequent episode.

The rivals were also embroiled in a nude photo scandal.
As previously reported by Daily Mail Australia, Domenica was forced to shut down her OnlyFans account after one of her racy snaps was discovered by another bride.
The makeup artist was apparently ‘seeing red’ after MAFS producers ordered her to close her profile on the adults-only subscription website.
It was reportedly Domenica’s arch rival Olivia who first discovered the raunchy page and alerted her co-stars.

‘Domenica was seeing red,’ a production insider revealed. ‘She was embarrassed and let down that none of the other brides told her they’d seen the photo.
‘But at the same time, Domenica made no effort to try and hide her account.’
Domenica has revealed she may take legal action against Olivia for sharing one of her nude photos without her permission.
Married At First Sight continues Wednesday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine
