Still deciding! Kim Kardashian gave fans an update on little sister Kylie Jenner’s journey to name her baby
Speaking up for her youngest sibling, Kardashian said, ‘It’s a really big decision. It’s the hardest thing ever in life is to name a child.’
She added that she waited until each of her four children – North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two – were born to settle on monikers for them.
‘I personally – when I had my kids, I didn’t name them until they were born. You really want to see what they look like,’ she explained.
The SKIMS founder admitted she didn’t always understand why people wait to choose a name.

Update: ‘There’s one name lingering but she really wants to make sure,’ the mogul said about the Kylie Cosmetics founder
‘And I always – when I would hear people do that, I would say, “How do you not be prepared for that? You have nine months to think about this.” But no matter what it’s just the hardest decision ever,’ she noted.
Breaking down the situation even more, Kim said, ‘There’s ten days after the baby’s born that you have to name your child and I feel like they just felt rushed.’
Kylie admitted to USA Today that she knew the moment she signed her son’s birth certificate that she was likely going to give him a different name.
‘We had to quickly sign the birth certificate, and then I knew the second I signed the birth certificate that I was probably gonna change his name,’ Kylie told the publication.

The beauty mogul added, ‘It just didn’t suit him. We haven’t legally changed his name yet. We’re in the process, so it just wouldn’t feel right to share anything when we don’t have an official name.’
The TV personality had previously announced the news on Instagram when she wrote in a post, ‘FYI our [son’s] name isn’t Wolf anymore. We just didn’t feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.’
Kylie had yet to decide on a name for her second child by the time it was True Thompson’s third birthday party over the weekend.

The child had been given a gift basket but was merely identified as ‘Baby Webster’ in a name tag of the recipient.
Fans made comments on social media that if Kylie’s second child had been given a name, it would have been used on the gift basket, and with her latest interview Kim confirmed that’s true.
In addition to their son, the couple shares their firstborn, Stormi Webster, four.
