Selling Sunset viewers are used to seeing the cast members sell outrageous properties with multimillion-dollar price tags on a regular basis.

So it’s no surprise the show’s real estate agents also live in incredible homes of their own, complete with infinity pools, picturesque views and pristine décor throughout.

Here, we take a look at where The Oppenheim Group employees really live – from Chrishell Stause’s ‘dream home’ to Christine Quinn’s ‘nature-themed’ mansion.

Chrishell Stause

Following her divorce from Justin Hartley, viewers saw Chrishell Stause hunt for her very own ‘dream home’ on Selling Sunset last year.

The Kentucky-born actress, 40, splashed out $3.3million (AUD$4.5million) on a four-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills, which she secured for $500,000 (AUD$690,000) less than the asking price.

The ranch-style house, which was heavily renovated before she moved in, has four-and-a-half bathrooms, a pool, cabana and ‘lush canyon and city views’.

The property is decorated in elegant shades of grey, white and brown, and also features a home office right next to the sprawling outdoor area.

Chrishell, known for her roles in Days of Our Lives and All My Children, was married to This Is Us actor Justin from 2017 to 2021.

While they were married, the couple lived in a $4.65million pad in Encino.

Their home boasted tennis courts, a large pool, an outdoor area with a firepit and an indoor home cinema.

They bought the mansion in March 2019, and divorced two years later.

In July last year, Chrishell went public with her Selling Sunset co-star and boss Jason Oppenheim, the president of high-end real estate brokerage The Oppenheim Group.

But the pair confirmed in December they had split after seven months of dating.

She is now rumoured to be dating Australian non-binary singer G Flip, after the pair were pictured holding hands at a concert in Denver earlier this month.

But he decided to list the pad for sale 11 months later, and it is still on The Oppenheim Group’s website with an asking price of just under $8million (AUD$11million).

Jason, 44, renovated the property with more than $1million (AUD$1.3million) worth of improvements, including a wine room, private theatre and new décor.

The home was first built a decade ago by The Avengers star Jeremy Renner.

Jason told People in September: ‘I’m not certain I want to sell it, I’m more inclined to lease it because I love the house so much.

‘But I decided to put it on the market both for sale and for lease regardless. I’m always a seller at the right price.’

It was reported in November 2021 that Jason had spent $7million (AUD$9.6million) on an estate in Newport Beach, about an hour from Hollywood.

Jason is the owner of another three-bedroom bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills, which he has owned for over a decade, where he apparently lives ‘day to day’.

The rustic home features a wine room, a spa and a guest house.

The décor oozes elegance, and includes exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and a dresser made entirely of copper.

Christine Quinn

It was reported earlier this month that Christine had left The Oppenheim Group after the dramatic fifth season.

But prior to her speculated exit, the mother of one, 33, flaunted her incredible house while appearing on the Netflix show.

But things got delayed after the property suffered significant damage from flooding while renovations were still ongoing.

But just recently, the couple showed off their renovated rooftop complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the city.

‘If you guys have been following me for a while you know that we’ve had a couple of hurdles and issues that we’ve had to deal with when it came to building our dream rooftop, but we’re just happy that most of the chaos is over!’ Tarek wrote on Instagram in February.

It’s not the only property the El Moussas own, as they also snapped up a cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains in December 2021.

‘It just feels like home, so we bought the cosiest cabin to stay in and we also bought the lot next door to build our own mountain house that we’re designing from scratch.’

The couple said they would begin construction in March.

Maya Vander

Maya showed off her luxurious Miami, Florida, pad to Cosmopolitan back in 2020.

The mother of two lives with her husband David Miller in the one-storey home, which appears to be more modest than some of the other Selling Sunset stars’ houses.

There’s a spacious open-plan kitchen that leads to the dining area, and the house is filled with natural light thanks to large bay windows.

Maya shares a walk-in wardrobe with her husband, telling Cosmopolitan: ‘I wouldn’t say I’m a big shopper. I’m very basic when it comes to fashion. Just give me jeans, T-shirts and some cute shoes. Honestly, even tennis shoes and I’m all happy to go.’

She has exercise bikes and a reformer Pilates machine in the guest bedroom, while her master bathroom has a twin sink and huge standalone bathtub.

‘I love the house because it’s one-storey and it’s very comfortable when you have little children. We have the kitchen open up to the family room and we have this little cute area that no one basically uses!’ she said.
