Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is a multi-talented model, author and environmental activist. And now the 41-year-old Brazilian beauty can add martial arts athlete to her resume.

On Wednesday the mother of two shared a video to Instagram where she was seen doing Jiu-Jitsu, the martial art practice developed in her native Brazil. 

Soon after her former football star husband Tom Brady added a supportive remark to her post: ‘You never cease to amaze me.’

She released an impressive video on her Instagram account in which the former Queen of the catwalk is proving her mettle against one of her instructors.

The 5ft11-inch Gisele may be relatively new to the sport, but she already looks like she has her skills down.

The beauty was seen in a white suit with a white belt and no shoes as she worked out on a blue mat.

Her instructor is a black belt, the highest level in Jiu-Jitsu. 

She gave a ‘Let’s Go Girls!’ shout out on the video with a shot of Rosie The Riveter.

But the face seem to be that of fellow supermodel Kendall Jenner.

In her Instagram post, the renaissance woman wrote, ‘I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. 

‘I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense. I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women.

‘Thank you @ValenteBrothers for being awesome teachers and for making training so much fun. I am looking forward to keep improving. Let’s go!’

She posted the same message in Portuguese.

Jiu-Jitsu was designed and developed to allow a smaller, weaker person to defend themselves against a stronger, larger opponent.

The Jiu-Jitsu academy is located near the South Florida home Bundchen shares with the seven-time Super Bowl winner.

The couple has reportedly purchased a home in an exclusive area in what locals refer to as the Billionaire Bunker.
