An Australian cleaning and organisation guru has shared her how she keeps her pillows clean and fluffy. 

Chantel Mila, known as Mama Mila online, uses liquid detergent when washing her bedroom pillows and puts them in a dryer with a rolled up towel. 

The Melbourne mum-of-two shared the little-known trick that makes your pillows ‘as soft as clouds’ in a video posted to her popular TikTok page.

Chantel starts by stripping the pillows of their slips and places them in the washing machine two at a time. 

She then puts them machine on an eco cycle to save reduced water usage with two tablespoons of liquid laundry detergent.

According to WikiHow, placing a knotted towel or balls in the dryer will bounce around with the pillows to prevent the filling from clumping.

When it comes to cleaning her sink, she drizzles baby oil on the stainless steel and buffs it in with a cloth to keep it shining for longer. 

It’s also a good trick to use on taps, bathroom sinks and shower handles for a gleaming result – just be sure to buff well to prevent a slippery finish.
