Chrissie Swan shows off her fit figure in vibrant activewear as she completes a charity walk to raise awareness for mental health: ‘Moving and loving life!’

Chrissie Swan has been prioritising her health over the last two years. 

And in an Instagram post on Sunday, the 48-year-old looked fighting fit as she completed a charity walk to raise awareness for mental health in Melbourne.  

The media personality showed off her svelte physique in a vibrant red T-shirt with a black long-sleeved top underneath, teamed with black leggings and sneakers.

Chrissie accessorised with tinted sunglasses and silver hoop earrings, and was primped to perfection with her brunette tresses styled out and elegant makeup.

The former Big Brother star appeared in great spirits as she posed for a photo with her event bib, before taking a fun selfie with a group of Nova radio listeners. 

‘Well I haven’t worn a bib since I was a baby! What a beautiful, life-affirming morning I spent with a gang of @nova100 listeners as we walked the Tan (along with thousands who completed @run_the_tan) in support of mental health charities,’ Chrissie captioned the post.

In February, Chrissie told The Australian Women’s Weekly that she ditched alcohol and started walking every day when the Covid lockdowns started.

‘We couldn’t go out to dinner, we couldn’t go to a friend’s house, they couldn’t come to us, we couldn’t go outside five kilometres. All we could do was walk, and so that’s what I did,’ she explained.

Last year, she shared the contents of her backpack, revealing that it contained gözleme, tuna hand rolls, sashimi, smoked salmon, apples, dill, iceberg lettuce, and truss tomatoes.
